The Weaver Lure has a patent pending design that keeps the hook concealed in the body of the lure to help prevent snags and hang-ups. This allows the angler to fish this lipless crankbait with confidence through cover (where the bass are).

The Weaver Lure works much like a weedless soft plastic swimbait. Once you get a strike the hook will be exposed from the pressure of the strike (or pressure from setting the hook).

If you get pressure in the middle of the lure, it will expose the hook.

Even if a fish swallows the entire lure, when the angler sets the hook, the lure will collapse as shown, exposing the hook so it will be set as the lure is pulled from the fish's mouth.
